  • Sunday: 1 egg with 2 slices of bread
  • Monday: 1 boiled plantain with ½ cup of baked beans
  • Tuesday: Moi-moi with 1 cup of oatmeal
  • Wednesday: ¾ cup cereal, 1 cup of milk & 1 banana
  • Thursday: Vegetable omelette, 1 slice of bread & yoghurt
  • Friday: A plate of pepper soup
  • Saturday: Mixed fruit salad with yoghurt

  • Sunday: Akara and pap
  • Monday: 1 boiled green plantain
  • Tuesday: 1 boiled egg and 1 apple
  • Wednesday: 2 apples with loads of water (a glass or 2)

  • Friday: 1 cucumber with 3 cherry tomatoes

  • Friday: Quaker oat with skimmed milk

Rules for weight loss timetable

  • Please, breastfeeding mothers, sick patients, and pregnant women should stay away from this timetable
  • Drink at least 8-10 cups of water daily
  • Always stick to the timetable
  • Do not eat more than what you are asked to eat
  • Exercise for at least 30 minutes once a day. Nothing less
  • Avoid fatty beef
  • Use olive oil or sunflower oil for whatever you want to cook or fry
  • Absolutely no alcohol or any other drinks, except water
