  • Semi-solid foods can be given as the person’s appetite gets better, such as boiled rice, baked potato, soft boiled eggs, baked apple, yoghurt, and vegetable soup.
  • Fruits, boiled vegetables, and unrefined foods like unpolished rice and white bread can be included when you are free from the fever.
  • A typhoid recovery diet plan should include yoghurt and eggs. They are easier to digest than meat and provide adequate protein.

  • Avoid high fibre foods such as whole grain cereals and their products like oatmeal, whole wheat bread, and raw vegetables.

    You can also follow this diet plan

    Fruit diet for 2-3 days, three meals a day of fresh juicy fruits
