How do I cut down stomach fat?

    eat plenty of soluble fibre from foods like avocado, blackberry, flaxseeds, legumes

    avoid foods that contain trans fat, that is hydrogenated fats such as margarine and spreads

    avoid too much alcohol

    always eat high protein diet

    avoid sugary foods

    reduce stress

    you can also do cardio exercise

    cut ur carbohydrate intake

    replace your cooking oils with coconut oil

    if you consume a lot of food at a time, you have to reduce it

    replace juice with water as water helps to reduce fat

    drink green tea

    consume healthy fatty fish such as salmon. And,

    get enough restful sleep.
