How to Prepare Ojojo

Ingredients:

  • Water yam
  • Chilli pepper (chopped)
  • Crayfish
  • Onions (chopped)
  • Seasoning cubes
  • Salt

Preparation method

  • Peel off the water yam skin, cut the water yam into chunks and grate.
  • Season with salt, seasoning cubes, and crayfish. Then, add the chopped pepper and chopped onions. Then mix together.
  • Heat up vegetable oil in a frying pan; when hot, use your hand to scoop out some grated water yam in balls and drop into the hot oil and allow frying till it gets brown.
  • Remove from the oil and drain out the oil on kitchen paper towel. Then serve hot!
